Develops the essential skills and knowledge required to plan, present and deliver effective training in volunteer organisations, including providing work skill instruction and presentations to individuals and group.

Develops the skills and knowledge required to deliver work-skill instruction and nationally recognised training under supervision, including effective training delivery and working within the VET sector.

Develops the skills and knowledge required to plan, conduct and review competency-based assessments in accordance with assessment principles, evidence requirements and VET standards.

Develops the skills and knowledge required to design, deliver and assess vocational education and training, supporting individuals to work effectively as trainers and assessors delivering accredited training programs within the VET sector.

This Trainer and Assessor pathway is to acknowledge existing Secondary School Teachers working in secondary education, so that they are able to train under supervision.
