TAESS00028 Work Skill Instructor Skill Set
Deliver training and contribute to assessment under supervision.
Trainers are responsible for delivering practical work-skill instruction to learners in workplace or VET settings under the supervision of a qualified trainer. This role is responsible for using approved materials and demonstrations to build learner skills, and knowledge through nationally recognised training.
This role operates under supervision of a holder of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
Entry requirements
There is no formal licensing, legislative or certification requirements that apply to this skill set at the time of publication.
SLSQ Entry Requirements: Applicants must:
- Complete the SLSQ Enrolment Application Form, including the LLND Readiness Activity.
Course Delivery Options
- Access to digital or online instruction/learning.
- Face-to-face instruction/learning
- An integration of the face-to-face and online learning work
Online Delivery: Learners will use our Learning Management System, aXcelerate, to access all learning materials and resources, including learning material, videos, and learning activities.
Learners will also complete all assessments through the platform, where their Assessor will mark and provide feedback on the assessment tasks.
