Become a Licensed Provider with SLSQ RTO

A Third-Party Agreement under the RTO Standards formalises the partnership between the RTO and contracted party.
All training and assessment services are delivered in full compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015. Under a third-party agreement, the RTO retains responsibility for quality, compliance, and student outcomes, while the party agrees to operate within the RTO’s systems, policies, and procedures.

Key requirements include:

maintain and hold industry training equipment
maintaining appropriate and current insurances
- public liability
- professional indemnity
trainers and assessors hold the required qualifications and vocational competencies
trainer and assessors hold currency in industry knowledge
trainer and assessor participate in Professional Development (PD) as directed
trainer and assessor hold blue card or evidence of non-requirement
Annual Third Party Agreement Fee

Contracted Party must also adhere to regulatory and reporting obligations, uphold assessment integrity, and ensure all delivery aligns with training package requirements and industry standards.
