Our Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy course enables participates to develop the skills and knowledge required to use specialised equipment in the provision of resuscitation and oxygen therapy in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. The course includes cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as a component.
This course applies to persons who may be required to use specialised equipment to provide resuscitation or oxygen therapy in a range of complex situations, including community and workplace settings.
On successful completion nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency will be issued:
Entry Requirements:

| Physical Ability | Perform at minimum 2 minutes of uninterrupted single rescuer CPR (5 cycles of both compressions and ventilations) on an adult resuscitation manikin placed on the floor |
