Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Endorsed Delegate is a highly experienced and qualified individual who provides specialised knowledge, guidance, or decision-making support in a particular area of lifesaving, training, or operations. These individuals are recognised for their expertise and may be called upon to represent SLSQ, contribute to state-level projects, or support clubs and branches with complex or technical matters.
