SLSQ is searching for a Sales, Marketing, & Admin Officer to join our Uncrewed Aviation business!

The Sales, Marketing, & Admin Officer will be based in our Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast) office.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls and manage leads through HubSpot, following up via email and calls to drive conversions.
  • Handle inquiries via website live chat, & social media platforms, providing timely responses.
  • Optimise sales workflows based on market feedback to improve lead conversion.
  • Oversee student enrolment from confirmation to ensure smooth processing.
  • Manage the training calendar, scheduling new sessions and sourcing venues.
  • Create engaging course materials, including flyers, course material & promotional materials.
  • Design and manage Meta ad campaigns, ensuring proper targeting, budget, and performance tracking.
  • Develop Canva marketing materials and produce content for social media ads, promotions, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, with experience in CRM management and lead conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the RPA, or a Remote Pilot Licence holder is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate!
