Deliver training and contribute to assessment under supervision.  Trainers are responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality training that supports learners to develop the skills and knowledge within a volunteer or community-based environment. Drawing on the competencies within the TAESS00029 Volunteer Trainer Delivery Skill Set, the role focuses on planning and facilitating training that meets both organisational and learner needs.
Key responsibilities of the trainer’s role include:

  • Preparing and delivering training sessions.
  • Creating inclusive and supportive learning environments that accommodate diverse learner needs.
  • Providing constructive feedback to support learner development and progression.
  • Maintaining accurate training records.
 
This role operates under supervision of a holder of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.

SLSQ Entry Requirements: Applicants must: 
  • Complete the SLSQ Enrolment Application Form, including the LLND Readiness Activity
