Louise is an accomplished communication and marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience shaping business, communication, media, engagement, and brand strategy across not-for-profit, sport, tourism, environment, science, arts, and education. She is passionate about working with purpose-driven organisations. Louise currently leads the Minerva Network’s Queensland operations to support and empower elite sportswomen from more than 70 sports to succeed both in and outside the sporting arena, working with a network of Australia’s leading businesswomen to deliver mentoring, development, and networking programs. She is Deputy Chair of Southern Queensland Country Tourism and Chairs its Finance, Risk and Remuneration Committee, and previously served on the board of Triathlon Queensland. As well as post graduate qualifications in Communication, Louise holds degrees in Commerce and Law, and a Certificate in Governance Practice. She qualified as a chartered accountant before switching 2 careers to communication and marketing.
