Learning & Development Coordinator – shape the future of learning at SLSQ!
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences and driving continuous improvement in education? We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Education Division and take the lead in coordinating key training programs and instructional design projects.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our training operations—planning, scheduling, and evaluating impactful programs. You’ll also play a critical role in coordinating projects that develop innovative learning content and instructional design initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
Program Coordination: coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs—including TAE and Aviation courses—across locations and platforms, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all learners. Keep training materials current, compliant, and learner-focused.
Content Development & Instructional Design: work with subject matter experts to design engaging learning content and assessments using adult learning principles. Manage and update content within the LMS (aXcelerate) to ensure quality and relevance.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: ensure training activities meet RTO standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and supporting assessment validation.
Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with trainers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver smooth, high-quality training. Support facilitators and learners throughout the training journey.
Reporting & Evaluation: track and report on attendance, completions, and learner feedback to inform continuous improvement. Provide regular insights and updates to leadership.
General: deliver excellent service to clients and stakeholders while building strong industry relationships. Stay informed on trends, qualifications, and best practices in VET and corporate training.
