As our HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly—from onboarding new team members to maintaining accurate records. This position is 3 days a week, based in our South Brisbane office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for the HR inbox, responding to general inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Accurately maintain employee records and data in the HRIS, ensuring information is always up to date.
  • Provide hands-on administrative support throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees.
  • Assist in the coordination of staff recognition initiatives that celebrate our people.
  • Maintain and update Blue Card Services records for all team members.
  • Support a variety of HR projects and assist with the rollout of new initiatives.
  • Complete monthly compliance tasks, including policy tracking, uniform stock orders, visa validations, and organisational chart updates.
  • Maintain accurate logs of employee injuries and assist with WorkCover administration and claims.
  • Provide confidential support and timely communication to employees navigating injury or claim-related matters.

About You:

  • A valid Blue Card for working with children (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Currently studying or holding a qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating digital tools and systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Previous experience with WorkCover processes is a plus.
