We’re seeking a dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Administrator to support and advance our organisation’s commitment to a diverse and equitable workplace. This position is based on the Gold Coast, working 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement DEI Strategies: collaborate with the DEI Manager to roll out action plans that align with our organisational goals.
  • Administrative Support: provide day-to-day assistance to the DEI Manager and related working groups, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Data Management: develop reports, maintain documentation, and track progress through dashboards and key metrics.
  • Event Coordination: organise DEI-related workshops, training sessions, and events that engage and educate our team.
  • Financial Processes: handle invoices and purchase orders in coordination with the finance/procurement department.
  • Communication: serve as a point of contact for DEI-related inquiries and assist in internal and external communications.
  • Project Support: assist with logistics and implementation of various ad-hoc projects as required.

About You:

  • Possession of a Working with Children Blue Card or the ability to obtain one.
  • Currently studying or a graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to DEI initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of DEI principles.
  • Strong online and computer literacy skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  • Possible weekend work, dependent on events, workshops, conferences, initiatives and programs.
