Accessible Surf Clubs

There are many components that make our Surf Clubs accessible, and we aim to provide information on this accessibility so that our members and visitors are aware of the accessibility options at clubs. As part of SLSQ’s Accessible Organisation Survey 2024, 41% of clubs have a beach wheelchair with 26% of clubs that have beach matting, with an opportunity to increase access in our clubs.

Below you will find a list of accessibility features, unavailable features and information on Inclusive Nipper programs in our clubs in Queensland. You can also refer to the Accessible Beaches Australia information for more information on Beach access.
